The short version

AllStomps is free to use. The videos belong to their owners and play from the platforms that publish them, such as YouTube, whose terms apply when you watch. Our event data is compiled with care but will sometimes be wrong. Tell us if something needs fixing or removing. Accounts and the weekly email are optional; watching never needs either.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of allstomps.com ("AllStomps", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

AllStomps is a trading name of Patrick Reade, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC286084). You can reach us at policy@allstomps.com.

What AllStomps is

AllStomps is a catalogue of competition broadcasts: full replays, the organisers' own day and part splits, and live streams, sorted by tour, event and discipline. Videos play from the platform where they're published, such as YouTube.

YouTube

AllStomps uses YouTube API Services. By using AllStomps you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of your data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains when YouTube's player loads and what that means for you.

The videos, their titles and thumbnails belong to the people who published them. We don't control them: a video can be removed, made private, region-locked or age-restricted on YouTube at any time, and when that happens it stops playing here too.

Our event data may be wrong

Event names, dates, venues, disciplines, athletes, results and live or upcoming times are put together partly by software and partly by hand, from video titles, descriptions and other public sources. They will sometimes be wrong or out of date, and scheduled times can change without notice. Treat them as a guide, not an official record, and check with the organiser for anything that matters. If you spot a mistake, email hello@allstomps.com.

Using the site

When you use AllStomps, please don't:

• attack or overload the site, or try to get past its security;
• use AllStomps to download videos, or to get around YouTube's player, its ads or the restrictions that video owners set.

We may block use that harms the site.

Accounts and the weekly email

You don't need an account to use AllStomps. If you make one, you sign in with a link we email to you; there's no password, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You need to be 13 or over to have an account. An account syncs your sports, follows, watched list and viewing progress across the browsers you sign in on. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Your saved follows, watched list and settings are a convenience, not a record we promise to keep. They can be lost or changed, for example if something goes wrong or a feature changes, so don't rely on them as your only copy. You can download them from your account page at any time.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this removes it and everything synced to it, apart from the few records our Privacy Policy says we keep for a short time. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or harm the site.

The weekly email is off until you turn it on, either from the prompt on the site or on your account page. It arrives on Monday mornings with new competitions in your sports and follows, and only in weeks when there's something new for you. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and you can also turn it off on your account page. If mail to your address bounces or is reported as spam, we stop sending to it. We may change, pause or stop the weekly email at any time.

Names, links and feeds

Event, tour and brand names, logos and the videos themselves belong to their owners, and listing them here doesn't mean we're connected with them. See our Third-Party Content Policy.

You're welcome to link to any page, and to republish our feeds (such as RSS) with a link back to AllStomps.

Takedowns and corrections

If you own content listed here and want it removed or corrected, follow our Takedown Policy. We can remove our listing; the video itself has to be dealt with on YouTube.

Links to other sites

AllStomps links to YouTube, organisers and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

Changes to the site

We may change, pause or stop any part of AllStomps at any time, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

We provide AllStomps "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy of our data, that the site will work without interruption, or that any video will be available.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss or damage caused by: mistakes in our event data; the content of videos or of other sites we link to; the site being unavailable; your account, or what's saved in it, being lost or unavailable; a weekly email arriving late, not arriving, or containing mistakes; or anything we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. The site is for personal use, so we aren't responsible for any business loss.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the site adds features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site. If you keep using AllStomps after a change, the new terms apply.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that can't be overridden.
